Yes, anything is possible with the proper application of money. We don’t know where you are located but in the US you could not use a standard barbecue grill like normally used outside since they are only approved for exterior use. There are a variety of grills approved for indoor, commercial use.

I would not grill in the lanai unless you have a hood ventilator above. The smoke you see also contains grease droplets which will cling to the walls, ceiling and anything else available. If you wear eye glasses you will notice this on your lenses after you are near a grill in operation.
